According to the 2000 census, the number of Hispanics in Sonoma County has doubled in the last decade and continues to be the fastest and largest growing ethnical minority. A report released by Thomas Rivera Policy Institute for the Latin American Business Association states that Hispanics are also the fastest growing middle-income group in the nation. This trend has an enormous affect in our community, educational systems, work force and the way we do business.
